A: Yes! To safely install our 6-foot storks, we require a traditional grass lawn with unobstructed soil so we can securely stake the sign 10 inches into the ground. For safety and property care, we cannot install signs in concrete, rocks, gravel, mulch, or too close to public utility boxes. If you don’t have a lawn, check out our “Just the Bundle” option, which is perfect for front doors or porches!

A: For scheduled events like baby showers, gender reveals, or planned C-sections, we recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee your date. For surprise arrivals, just have a family member fill out our online order form or text us as soon as the baby is born! We aim to have your stork nested in the front yard within 24 to 48 hours so it’s ready to greet mom and baby when they come home.

A: Our standard birth announcement rentals for new parents and grandparents last for 7 days. For events like Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, and Photoshoots, we offer a convenient 1-day rental option so the stork can be the star of your weekend party.

A: By default, our team will choose the most level, highly visible spot in your front yard to ensure perfect views for passing neighbors and beautiful angles for your family photos. If you have a specific spot in mind (or an underground sprinkler system we need to avoid), please let us know when placing your order.

A: Based proudly in Spivey’s Corner, NC, our delivery flock flies all across Eastern North Carolina! We service Sampson, Cumberland, Harnett, Johnston, Wayne, and Duplin counties. This includes hubs and crossroads like Fayetteville, Clinton, Dunn, Benson, McGee’s Crossroads, Plain View, Newton Grove, Roseboro, Salemburg, Garland, Mount Olive, and Warsaw. (Note: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from Spivey’s Corner).

A: Our pricing is straightforward with no hidden surprises:

• Single Stork (7-Day Rental + Personalized Keepsake Bundle): $125
• Twin Storks (7-Day Rental + 2 Personalized Keepsake Bundles): $200
• Grandparent Stork (7-Day Rental + Personalized Bundle): $125
• Grandparent Stork (7-Day Rental + Generic Bundle): $100
• Baby Shower / Gender Reveal (1-Day Rental): $85 (Generic) or $100 (Personalized)
• Sibling Stars & Pet Signs (Add-on Keepsakes): $25 each
• Just the Bundle (No Yard Sign): $50

A: We love multiple blessings! We set up a separate 6-foot stork for each baby so they each get their own moment in the spotlight. Our twin package is $200 and includes two personalized keepsake bundles. For triplets or more, please contact us directly for custom multi-birth package pricing.

A: Ordering is easy! Simply fill out the reservation form on our website, or feel free to call or text us to get the flock moving. To secure your delivery date and add you to our route, payment must be completed in full via credit card or our accepted digital payment methods prior to installation.

A: Our signs are durable, weather-resistant to sun, rain, or snow, and are designed to last. However, they are not break-proof. When someone orders a sign, they accept responsibility for the sign while it’s installed on their or their family or friend’s property.

To ensure everyone’s safety and protect the display, please follow these guidelines:

No Balloons: Please do not attach balloons to the sign. The sun can melt the balloon’s latex into the sign, causing permanent damage. Thank you!

Safety First: The signs are not meant to be climbed over or played with. Please do not allow children to play, climb on, or gather around the display. We are not responsible for any injuries or damage to property while our signs are rented.

Damage Liability: It is the renter’s responsibility for payment if a sign is damaged while it’s rented.

Do Not Move or Remove: Please do not move or take down the signs yourself, as this can easily cause damage. If you wish to have the sign removed before the rental is over, please call us at 910-990-3783.

Lawn Care & Watering: Please use caution when mowing or using a weed eater. Damage will occur if contact is made with the sign. Watering around the sign is fine.

A: We know that babies come on their own schedules! You will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date, or if extreme hazardous weather prevents us from safely installing your sign.

A $25 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move and re-set up a stork at the correct address.  This also applies if we are unable to gain access to your property and must return at a later day/time.

A: We cannot issue a refund if we are unable to complete setup due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes being denied access to gated communities, a homeowner or venue refusing the sign, or unsafe yard conditions (such as loose, aggressive animals or a lack of grassy soil). If there are any access instructions for the property, please share them with us before delivery day!
